Retained Search
From entry-level to C-Suite roles, our white-glove retained search service ensures your positions are filled with the highest-caliber talent.
Our Executive Recruiting team, comprised of both former agency and corporate recruiting staff, remain dedicated to your business until each role is filled, which is typically within three weeks from intake call to signed offer.
This service is primarily reserved for direct hire searches but in some cases we will support temporary placement needs.
Our flexible pricing structure is as followed:
Fees are calculated based off a percentage of targeted 1st year salary. On average 20%.
50% due at search kickoff. Remaining balance due when candidate starts in the role.
